Shalon Ironroad brings more than two decades of executive leadership to Golden Grove Law PC. As Chief Operating Officer, she directs firm operations, infrastructure, and client processes to ensure matters move forward with clarity and coordination. Her background in organizational design and systems management supports the firm’s work in elder law, veterans benefits, estate planning, and fiduciary administration. She oversees workflow design, internal controls, and client communication protocols to maintain procedural consistency across engagements. Before joining Golden Grove Law, Ms. Ironroad led large-scale initiatives in consulting, media, and education, building operational frameworks that translated strategy into execution. At Golden Grove Law, she is responsible for maintaining operational alignment between legal counsel and client experience.
